Welcome to Pro Master. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and guidelines for using our website and booking our services. By accessing our website or scheduling a service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Services

Pro Master provides exterior home services including gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, window cleaning, exterior pressure washing, holiday light installation, and seasonal maintenance packages. Service availability may vary by location and season.

2. Service Call Fee

  • All service visits begin with a $99 service call fee.
  • The service call includes an on-site inspection and a written or verbal estimate.
  • If you choose to proceed with the service, the $99 fee will be applied toward your final bill.
  • If you choose not to proceed, the $99 fee remains non-refundable.

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • Estimates are provided based on the information available during the service call.
  • Additional costs may apply if unforeseen conditions are discovered (e.g., severe damage, excessive debris, complex light installations).
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but all costs will be communicated before work begins.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or by email.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the $99 service call fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the service area (gutters, roof, windows, outdoor surfaces).
  • Remove fragile items or obstacles near the work area.
  • Inform our technicians of any known risks (e.g., damaged shingles, loose fixtures, electrical hazards).

6. Safety and Liability

  • Our team follows strict safety standards when performing services.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues caused by improper maintenance prior to our visit.
  • Pro Master carries insurance to protect both our workers and your property during service.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
  • Invoices not paid within the agreed period may be subject to late fees.

8. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.
  • Warranty does not cover natural regrowth of moss, algae, or future debris accumulation after cleaning.

9. Website Use

  • Content on our website is the property of Pro Master and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
  • You agree not to misuse our website for unlawful purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

Pro Master reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
